職位要求:

Deckers Brands, a leading US footwear company, is looking for candidate to fill the following position:

Shipping Associate
Report to Shipping Supervisor, Shipping Associate executes offshore logistics processes for our International markets, provides excellent customer service to our regional counterparts and external customers, and maintains a high efficiency operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with vendors, factory planning team and regional team to execute distributor and subsidiary orders for international markets
Provide shipping instructions and coordinate with factories & logistics service providers to ensure on-time shipping and smooth shipping process
Prepare shipping documents for shipping/customs purpose
Maintain and keep track of shipment status, provide regional team logistics visibility
To perform other tasks related to the position as assigned by supervisor/management

Requirements:

Macau ID holder
Form 6 or above
At least 3 years working experience in logistics field focusing on shipping, import/export, ocean and air freight. Experience in shoes industry is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, good communication skill
Proficiency in MS Office application, especially in Outlook, Excel, Word
Knowledge about Letter of Credit, GT Nexus, Oracle will be an advantage
