Department Manager
- To achieve the Company set goal on the product department
 - Optimize sales of category department through closely mointering the department inventory, supervising sales associates under the department. various
 - Assist the Store Manager in store operations, by providing product knowledge and applying selling skills during every customer interaction
 - To achieve excellent customer service.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service 
- Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
 - Ensure in providing superior customer service in every transaction
 - Develop and strengthen customer relations, and groom a repeat customer base
 - Perform follow up calls to VIP clients to introduce new product lines
 
Staff Management by Product Department
- Lead a sales team by example on the sales floor
 - Work closely with and assist the Sales manager to train/coach the sales team
 - Responsible for the daily monitoring and performance evaluation of the sales team
 - Motivate the team so that they perform at their highest level to meet their individual and store objectives
 - Implement the staffing plan as defined by the Store Manager
 
Store Operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of RetailPro to run reports, credits, returns, correct errors, etc.
 - Ensure all procedures relating to sales transactions, payment and security regulations are correctly implemented and adhered to by sales team
 - Understand, follow and maintain all company policies and regulations, and ensure that subordinates do the same
 - Understand required reports and assist in their completion (daily, weekly…)
 - Assume decision-making responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with Company operating standards
 - Ensure a safe store environment for customers and employees
 - Maintain a clean store environment and implement general housekeeping duties as necessary
 - Responsible for the ordering of paperbags, stationary and boxes
 
Inventory Management by Product Department
- Ensure that merchandize is properly received, displayed, stored and maintained by sales team
 - Assume opening/closing duties and Manager On Duty responsibilities as required
 - Accurately complete inventory receipt, including entry and reconciliation
 - Completely understand and undertake stock transfers, shipment and receipt/return of merchandize (defective, spare parts…) according to Company guidelines
 
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
 - Work with Store Manager to coordinate installation of new Window display
 
STANDARD LEVEL OF COMPETENCIES
(Education, professional experience, foreign languages etc.) 
Experience :
- Experience in leading a team
 - Experience in retail industry preferred
 - Strong passion and knowledge of the luxury retail industry
 
Education
- Written and spoken English, any additional Asian languages/dialects a plus
