CRM Specialist
Key Roles & Responsibilities
 
- Define, develop and manage a One to One communication program including product- based and delight activities set according to the client’s Purchasing propensity, needs and culture with the aim to build a strong commercial and tailored relationship with the customer
 - Implement CRM tools and activities, in compliance with the strategy, involving all relevant central and local actors and considering cost/benefit
 - Choose and follow external suppliers involved in the CRM processes execution
 - Provide guidelines, training, and full support to local teams
 - Perform project management activities, checking milestones and highlighting issues
 - Provide analytics and reporting tools to central and local stakeholders. Constantly monitor the results, for strategy adjustment and evolution
 
Requirements:
- Degree Holder. Commercial or sales education & background with further education in sales training and coaching is preferred.
 - At least 3 years’ experience in retail / sales training role, preferably for the luxury industry
 - Fluent English. Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
 - Good command of written English and Chinese.
 - Expertise in PowerPoint, proficient in Excel and Word.
 - Expertise in selling skills for luxury products and coaching techniques & facilitation skills
 - Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, positive and self-motivated
