System Support

We are inviting high caliber candidate for the position of :

SYSTEM SUPPORT

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems support for PC hardware and POS system.
• Software test, deploy and maintain in-house applications
• Handle change requests of system functionality from users
• Prepare documentations and test case

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in IT systems support included hardware, software and networking.
• Good knowledge in software programming
• Understanding of C#, MS SQL
• Store chain knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
