Architect / Senior Architect / Associate

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience with good design skills, contract administration and/or project management;
• Registered Architect in Macau, UK, HK or equivalent;
• Skills in V-Ray, Revit / BIM or Rhino Grasshopper;
• Familiar with Macau building codes and International Building Codes;
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants
• Able to handle full set design/construction drawings and specifications
• Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Travel to HK / PRC would be required;
• Macau residents is preferred.
