Senior Project Executive (Event & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage and execute the events from start to finish (proposal, pre events preparation, venue set up, production, on-site management & timeline, etc).
• Manage and liaise with all internal and external parties (including in house 
• parties, clients and contractors, etc).
• To serve and manage retained clients from pitching phase to closing off the deal.
• Undertake any other duties / special assignments as assigned.   
• Required to perform during weekends is necessary.

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above, preferable in event management or marketing. 
• With 3-5 working experience in agency, marketing or event company.
• Strong marketing sense, organized and responsible.
• Proven time management, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities. 
• Good team player, self-motivated, positive thinking, interpersonal, good attitude and communications skills. 
• Able to work under pressure. 
• Immediate available is preferred.
