Responsibilities:

• Provide advices and solutions to customers on digital products

• Deliver customer service at store front

• Develop long-term relationship with valued customers and achieve high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and interest in technology, particularly Apple products and innovative gadgets

• Outgoing and approachable personality

• Higher diploma or above

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
