Job Description

• Leads the entire team of Macau local staff to source and develop assorted and competitive high quality products of all categories for meeting our customer needs.
•  Maximizes the sales profit through identifying sales opportunities, optimising the product ranges, devising and launching of promotion activities.
•  Oversees and conducts market research for developing competitive category management strategies, concepts and determining the selling price.
•  Negotiates with vendors on price, stock management as well as promotional planning so as to maintain a competitive market price
•  Transfer the necessary buying, sourcing skills, product knowledge and category management skills to Macau local buying and store staff
•  Trains and develops staff on retail commercial skills to satisfy Macau customer’s need

Job Requirement

• University graduate
• At leaset 6 years working experience preferably at buying and sourcing fields of FMCG with at least 4 years at supervisory level
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill
