- Provide technical support to agents
- Provide basic Technical Support / Assistance to Company Apps.
- Prepare MIS reports and Hhandle agency administration related duties
- Handle agent inquiries
- Support ad hoc projects
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree holder
- At least 1 years’ administrative work experience
Knowledge/Skills:
- Responsible, customer focus & attentive to details
- Organized and willing to learn
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Strong Excel skill
