Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily system operation, installation, administration and support of the internal network, system resource and disk capacity, IT related software & hardware inventory, security and configuration (server and network) check etc.
2. Liaise with hardware and software vendors for service / support.
3. Participate in project activity with Head Office
4. Perform helpdesk support service.
5. Proper maintenance of the Disaster Recovery Site in accordance with Regulator’s requirement and arranging annual drill test.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Computer Science, with 3-5 years in system technical support and operation. Experiences in banking industry is an advantage.
2. Solid experience and knowledge in Oracle database, Cisco (Router), Microsoft, Windows administration.
3. Experience on programming skill (Microsoft Visual Basic programming preferable).
4. Independent, able to handle duties in an efficient manner to meet deadline and follow up issues in a proactive manner
