Responsibilities:
a. Handle customer enquiry hotline with good quality of services so
as to ensure customer satisfaction
b. Assist in credit card application
operation and general clerical work
c. Promote credit card
loan products and services to cardholders
d. Handle ad-hoc tasks
assigned
Requirements:
a. F.6 graduate or above
b. Independent,
self-initiative and able to work under pressure
c. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
d. Applicant with less
experience will also be considered
