Job Duties: 

• Maintain daily store operations to ensure sales and profitability goals are achieved
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve the store target and company standard 
• Drive and uplift CRM and expand VIC/ VICC database 
• Assist in VIP events when needed  
• May require to take care 2 retail stores for Store Manager position 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of retail experience with store management background
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Department Manager
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Energetic, cheerful and strong service mindset
