This is a key appointment which will see the successful PROJECT DIRECTOR ensuring that our growth happens in a sustainable and manageable manner, while ensuring our customers, consultants, developer, sub-contractors and colleagues worked as one focused team with common objectives and goals.

 

Dynamics of the Role

Manage all aspects of project delivery for successful and profitable execution of each project;Manage the operational aspects of the division, of particular importance are the management of opportunities, risks, quality and completion of projects;Act as main point of contact with clients, providing advice and clarifications on contracts and payments.  Work closely with the Managing Director to help build up new businesses;Engage in manpower and resource planning as well as the development and succession.

 

People’s Potential

 

Over 15 years of management experience in commercial fitting out, preferably in  commercial, retail and hospitality fit out with multinational corporate;Outstanding leadership and conflict management skills with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and lead a sizable team;Excellent analytical, process management and interpersonal skills.
