We are looking for the candidate(s) to provide pre-sale support and technical assistance to our
customers.
The responsibilities include performing demonstration and training to customers, and resolving product
issues by configuring software, operating system, network and equipment. For more complex problems,
you need to liaise with vendors for solutions.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field, like Computer
Science, IT or EE.
We provide key industrial player’s technical training and you will have chance to learn the latest
knowledge in the industries. If you enjoy learning new products, helping people to use these products
and can explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.

Provide technical support to clients
Provide demonstration and training to customers
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Requirements
3 years working experience or above
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
Good understanding of computer systems, networking and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Digital surveillance experience or autonomous robots is an advantage
Higher Diploma in EE, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assist. Technical Support Engineer
