Responsibilities:
· Monitor performance & quality of call center
· Prepare report and conduct analysis on customer feedback for improvement
· Provide team administrative support
Requirements:
· Form 5 or above
· Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer services/call centre, preferably in telecom industry
· Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
