Responsibilities:
- Install,
configure, and troubleshoot company products and related peripherals in a
timely manner, with minimal machine down time and disruption to the
customer operations
- Perform
final assembly and burn-in testing
- Assist
development team as a customer liaison and with problem reproduction and
integration testing
- Maintain
integrity of company and customer assets, including slot machines, spare
parts and other gaming equipment
- Show
enthusiasm and commitment to assigned job and work as a team
- Promote
the importance of positive customer relations and team work
Strong
interpersonal and communication skill with good leadership and teambuilding
capabilities
Other desirable personal qualities and skills:
- Hands-on
technical experience with gaming equipment and gaming systems, including
slot machines is a plus
- Demonstrated
professional integrity
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated
attitude and aptitude for an energetic start-up environment
- Other
Asian language skills (verbal and/or written) a plus
