Office Administrator, Macau (Ref No.: OA/Macau/853)
We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as an Office Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for finance functions and act as Accountant for the Macau office, regular activities will include preparing and maintaining books and records, coordinating with HK Headquarter for the monthly closing, handling treasury /payment functions of expense reports, handling daily mail, managing databases and doing analysis, etc;
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions in Macau office including payroll calculation, leave management, benefit management, salary tax reporting, recruitment, etc;
- Responsible for office administration function including office supply management, travel arrangement for internal staff, office expenses analysis and control, maintenance of administration policies and procedures, etc;
- Assist different corporate functions in HK headquarters to implement and execute corporate policies / exercises in Macau office locally;
- Provide professional secretarial support to the general manager;
- Other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy , Business Studies or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting, HR and office administrative support;
- Working experience in a multi-national environment is an advantage;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with ability to work in a fast paced and cross-cultural environment;
- Meticulous, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work efficiently;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Word , Power Point and Outlook;
- Possession of valid Macau Identity Card is a must.
