Responsibilities:

·         Exchanging chips, foreign currency for customers

·         Balancing of Chip and Cashier Floats

·         Preparing VIP Buy in and handling Junket/Premium turnover programs.

·         Be able to communicate and address customers in the correct manner

Requirements:

·         Diploma or above in related discipline

·         At least 1 years' working experience from the Cage in Gaming Industry

·         Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

·         Possesses good Gaming knowledge and familiar with the relevant regulations

·         Good basic arithmetic skills

·         A team player with active participation and good communication skills

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Cage Cashier
