Responsibilities:

·             Supervise all Cashiers and Supervisors to ensure transactions at Cage are correct and all security procedures are adhered to

·             Assist with buy-ins, Junket turnover and Settlements

·             Review Chip Bank supervision and reconciliation

·             Liaise with various casino related departments (VIP Services) on any Cage related matters

·             Assist with the preparation of the Cage Main Bank Closeout sheet each day, and all closing procedures for the Casino Operations

·             Delegate general duties to the Cashiers and general Cage Supervisory duties

·             Assist with training for Cashiers and Supervisors

Requirements:

·             Post secondary educated or above

·             Minimum 3 years of cage experience

·             Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

·             Good arithmetic and computer skills

·             Working knowledge of Casino operations and Junket Programs

·             Previous casino cashier experience essential

·             Excellent customer service skills

·             Candidates with less experience can be considered for Assistant Manager
