職位要求:

Responsibilities:

To manage and resolve irregular systems events
To respond to customer inquiries and provide feedback on systems issues
Provide support to end users in their daily operations
Identify and resolve operational problems and carry out the necessary repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems
Install, configure and setup LAN/WAN and dial access services
Capable of preparing simple documentation

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalent
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT support
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocol
Able to set-up and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks
Good interpersonal and communication skills
