Our client, a new lifestyle hotel at the heart of Macau peninsula with over 200 rooms, is looking for dynamic team players to join its 800 staff opening team.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will supervise a team of Support Engineer/ Analysts / Programmers and be supported by the System Engineers to monitor the daily operation of all business systems, including ERP system for the hotel, self-developed systems and other packaged systems. 

Job Description:

• Maintaining system parameters,
• Communicating with end users and negotiating with system vendors on new requests. 
• Monitoring system development projects,
• Formulating test plans,
• Analyzing the test results to perform remedial actions as necessary
• Monitoring the performance of software vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in relevant discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 2 years or above in supervisory position
• Solid experience in application development is a must
• A good team player with strong analytical skills and be able to work under pressure
• Technical knowledge in Unix (AIX), MS SQL Server, MS .Net(ASP, C#), XML, VB, Excel VBA and Visual FoxPro
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in hotel/casino business is a definite advantage
