II- Key Duties & Responsibilities
1.Prospect target markets and identify customer needs
2.Gather information about competition for price and positioning decision
3.Execute the customer relationship management planning for account responsible
4.Liaise with account clients, prepare sales proposals and conduct presentation
5.Identify and suggest new initiatives to achieve sales target and profitability goals
6.Manage sales budget and objectives
7.Maintain strong and close relationship with potential customers.
The incumbent should possess:-
1.Higher Diploma in Building Services/Electrical Engineering or related field.
2.Matriculated or 5 years of experience in successful selling electronic/physical security systems and products.
3.Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills.
4.Negotiates terms and offers within permitted parameters.
5.Good English & Mandarin communications and computer competencies.
