Reporting to the Managing Director, the Retail Operations Manager/Director will be in charge of
leading and managing our sales operations for our stores at Macau International Airport. Responsible
for the profitability of our stores through maximizing sales. Ensure
that all our customers and visitors will experience the highest standards when interacting
with Shilla TR at MIA according to the
company standards.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage
the Operations Team
to drive sales and work on sales initiatives to maximize sales potentials to ultimately
achieve sales targets while optimizing costs and ROI
- Confirm all frontline staff roster,
set commission scheme and monitor commission pay outs
- Manage sales performance for all
our stores in Macau International Airport ensuring all P&L objectives are
met
- Report sales and plan how to achieve targets
- Be responsible for
defining and executing the business plan in line with the company's vision and
objectives
- Identify key prospects and
opportunities to increase the growth of business and brand image
- Lead and drive commercial
performance and develop the Operations team to achieve business objective
- Oversee multiple-stores
process including services, budget, targets, visual merchandising, store operations
- Work closely with external vendors
(Brand, Airport Authority etc.), HQ and internal teams (ie. Merchandising, Marketing,
IT, HR, Finance, Logistics) to ensure that all policies and procedures are aligned
with company guidelines
- Coach, develop and share best
practices with office and retail frontline team
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
