Technical Service Manager
Department: Consultancy and Technical Service
Reports to: Director
SUMMARY:
The Technical Service Manager is accountable for the daily operation and efficiency of the technical service team to provide high level customer services.
Capable of inter-departmental communication to maximize the utilization of the resources to deliver client requirements.
Providing on-site and off-site and post installation support for products being sold. Oversee and management of the work flows to ensure the service quality and a prompt response to the inquiries from the customer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work allocation to the technicians and follow up the delivery of the service and service quality
- Develop new product training to the staffs
- Project Managements
- New staff recruit and training
- Review of technical reports
- Communicate with manufactuers on problematic issue troubleshooting and give solutions to the customer
- Manage and develop documentation and process requirements
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Macau ID holder
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or IT
- A good team player
- At least 6 years working experience in gaming industry and 3 years managerial experience is required
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarine
- Positive approach to customer and clients
- Must be flexible to take on additional tasks to assist company
- PC literate, proficient at AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, gaming related software & tools
- Proactive with independent working skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve
- Macau car driving license is preferred
