職位要求:
Due to our fast expansion of business, we would like to invite high calibre elites in the field of HR /Payroll Operation/ Corporate Administratiion Services/Management affairs of Non-resident Staffs,etc.., to join our Service Operation team to provide our HR management outsourcing service to SME and MNC for the mega sized construction/HR management projects in town.
- Diploma/Degree or above in Management/ Administration/ HR reated discipline
- Min. 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial environment/office administration/HR operation of SME with min.3 years of experience taking up the position of middle management
- Must possess experience in managing a team of 5 - 10 subordinates
- Must possess experience in handling big scale Payorll and Taxation Projects: Payroll Calculation/ Quarter-yearly Remmittance of Salary Tax and Social Security Fund/Annual Reporting to DSF(Finance Service Bureau) regarding Non-resident Staffs would be an advantage but not essential
- A good team leader with good communication skill, work flow enhancer and an efficient problem solver in all daily operational /administrative /commcercial issues
- A fast learner, good organizer and a result-oriented player
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Excellent and fluent in spoken and written English is a must
- Fair and fluent Chinese/Putonghua would be an advantage.
