Department：Business Analyst 

Job Requirements:

n          Diploma / Degree Holder , PMP certification is a plus;

n          Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT , Experience in software development / infrastructure maintenance / Project manager is a plus;

n          Familiar with the SDLC concept. Experience in betting / loyalty point system or server / networking is a plus .

n          Self-motivated and able to work independently on assignments;

n          Good interpersonal communication and documentation skills;

n          Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;

n          Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of  Trainee ;

Job Responsibilities:

n          Initial : Analyse and develop user requirements and acceptance test plans then assist project charter ;

n          Plan : Develop project plan included Project scope / schedule ;

n          Execution :  Keep each work on schedule / Monitor and control project / Report project progress.

n          Monitor and Control : Identify project risk and prevent it happen / Change request control .

n          Finish : Project implementation review , collect all comments from stakeholders and open new project for enhancement / lesson learn sharing.

n          Participate in the various phases of the SDLC in compliance with guidelines and standards

n          Co-ordinate with external vendors and business users to conduct system evaluations, design specification, and/or acceptance tests.
