Boutique Manager (Macau)

Responsibilities:

- Report to Head of Retail
- Manage the retail store's daily operations
- To coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
- To ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines
- Analyse daily sales figures by product category, monitor the achievement of the monthly budget and implement any necessary corrective measures
- Monitor CRM

Requirements:

- High school or above
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in luxury fashion brands
- Strong business awareness, with logical thinking and analytical ability
- High energy and self-motivated
- Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target
- Mature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Holder of Macau ID card
