-       Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Uniform Room

-       Monitor the flow of traffic at the uniform collection desk

-       Ensure Team Members deliver Wynn Macau’s high standards of quality and service

-       Develop and monitor operations policies and procedures

-       Develop, implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for the Uniform Room, including service standards, uniform dry cleaning, pressing, staff grooming, equipment and chemical use, and health and safety

-       Monitor and inspect the daily upkeep and maintenance of the Uniform Room and motivate staff

-       Anticipate and respond to Team Members’ requests and escalated complaints and ensure repairs and other issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction

-       Liaise with HR on issues such as new uniform distribution, replacements and repairs

-       Oversee department administration and paperwork

-       Coordinate and monitor the preparation of department operating expenses

-       Continuously improve health and safety standards

-       Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director – Hotel Services

Requirements

-       Minimum of 7 years’ uniform/laundry experience in a five-star hotel

-       Correct use of chemicals and equipment used in uniform care

-       Secondary school diploma or above

-       Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-       Proficient in MS Office
