Fashion Advisor (Trainee)
Purposes:

To provide quality customer service on the full range of Chanel products and coordination of boutique.

Responsibilities:

  Generate sales through cross selling techniques.
  Manage stock inventory.
  Participate in visual display and maintain professional visual standards throughout the store.
  Provide excellent customer service.
  Provide after-sales service to customers. Provide sales operations support.

Requirements:

  Fresh graduate from Retail or Hotel Management.
Strong passion and interest in luxury retail.
Excellent customer service.
Result-driven and sales-oriented.
Well-groomed.
Good command of Cantonese, good skills in English and Mandarin.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicants should be Macau residents.
