Branch Manager

分行經理

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee overall operations to ensure smooth operations of the entire branch

* Establish and communicate the Company goals and policies to the staff

* Identify potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers

* Manage the branch budget to meet branch revenue and expenses goals

* Responsible for business development

Job Requirements:

* At least 7 years relevant working experience in banking industry

* Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines

* Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

工作職責：

* 監督整體運作以確保整個分行運作順暢

* 與員工保持良好溝通，以傳遞公司政策及目標

* 負責客戶開發並與現有客戶維持友好關係

* 管理分行預算以達至其收支目標

* 負責業務拓展

工作要求：

* 至少7年於銀行業相關工作經驗

* 具財務、企業管理或相關學位

* 流利英語、國語及粵語
