Our client is a global luxury retail brand and they are looking for high caliber to join their HR team in Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment process and ensure recruitment channels and processes' efficiency 
• Assist in annual salary review 
• Monitor HR budget, headcounts and prepare reports
• Act as a bridge with stores and back office operations for better communication
• Support in policy development, management process, training and development 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources 
• At least 5 years HR experience at managerial grade, preferably in MNCs/retail industry 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail minded 
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
