Assistant Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· To formulate the commercial strategy to achieve the sales target and to maintain a smooth and efficient operations.
· To promote a positive working environment. Foster a climate of professionalism, mutual support, politeness, and focus on the customer.
· Identify areas for improvement based on qualitative observation and quantitative analysis.
· Ensure that all sales activity is properly proceed according to the company's procedures.
Requirements:
· University graduate with minimum 5 years retail experience in high-end luxury industry.
· Pleasant, self-motivated, assertive, energetic and service-minded and well-organized.
· Strong business sense and proven leadership with people management skills.
· Able to work on front-end retail hours, including weekends & public
holidays.
· Good command of English and Mandarin and Cantonese.
· Good knowledge of computer application.
· Willing to be stationed in Macau.
