Our Client, one of the renowned telecommunications company is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager in Macao.
In this role, you will oversee the operation service hotline & service activation team. Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area. Monitor compliance with legislation and data protection. Conduct product and service UAT to ensure committed delivery dates. Handling customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
The idea Candidate should have at least 3 - 5 years of experiences in customers’ services field. Strong presentation and communicational skills. Proficient in Chinese and good command in English.
