Head of Human Resources Department
Responsibilities:
1. To implement all Group's HR initiatives within the time frame required ;
2. To advice on and implement staff policies ;
3. To recruit staff with the right qualifications and attributes to meet the bank requirements ;
4. To ensure all staff policies and practices fully comply with prevalent Labour Law and
Regulations ;
5. To supervise a team of subordinates on daily administration ;
6. To closely monitor the salary trend ;
7. To handle staff complaints in a diplomatic manner.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management ;
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills ;
3. Six years management experience, preferably in human resources management ;
4. Diplomatic and analytical, interested in human interaction.
