Responsibilities:

• Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying practice and cost control
• Responsible for estimating and tendering, value engineering, bid following up with Clients Quantity Surveyor
• Responsible for contract administration, negotiation with sub-contractor/supplier buy-outs
• Prepare project procurement plan and budget sheet to Senior Management
• Procurement, change orders, payments and final accounts management
• Collect and update market prices for material and labour cost, for data base to be kept up-to-date
• Good communication skills, mature, responsible and ability of teamwork
• Experience in estimating and tendering in high-end fit-out sector will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 8 years of professional experience in interior fit-out
• Experiences working as main contractor’s will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Working Location: Macau
• Less Experiences will be considered as Junior Quantity Surveyor
