Human Resources Officer (Macau)

Responsibilities:

- Provide full spectrum of human resources services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance

management and staff relations

- To review, formulate & implement short & long-term human resources policies, procedures and strategies.

- Preparing working visa applications and renewal

- Duties includes preparing government related forms such as Social Security Fund, tax etc

- Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

- Diploma Holder in HR Management or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in HR field

- Well versed with Macau Employment Ordinance

- Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Literate in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

- Immediate availability is preferred

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
