Responsibilities:
l
To oversee the operations of Food
court and Clubhouse
in accordance with government requirement and the Company standard
l
To manage the daily operation
of the sales & non-sales area and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene
environment
l
To control food and beverage
cost and steer sales and profit
l
To ensure the food and
beverage selection fits in the IKEA standard, business plan and market trend
l
To formulate effective
manpower plan to meet business needs
l
To manage staff performance by
providing training on customer service, hygiene standard, etc
Requirements:
l
Tertiary educated with minimum
10 years relevant working experience in F&B industry including 5 years in
managerial level
l
Previous exposure to the
operations of western restaurant and kitchen is preferable
l
Possess of strong
organization, communication and people management skills
l
Mature, independent, able to
work under pressure and fast pace environment
l
Hands-on PC knowledge
l
Proficient in both written and
spoken English and Chinese; fair Mandarin is definitely an asset
l Station to work in Macau
