Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of Insurance business in Macau

• Retain all existing business and participate in new business development by providing professional advice and risk management solution

• Deliver quality account management services to clients including maintaining good customer relationship, answering client’s enquiries and reviewing insurance policies

• Ensure the collection of insurance premium on time

• Facilitate the operation of claims function for all lines of insurance

• Partner with Hong Kong Office to ensure the work procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements & guidelines

Requirements

• Degree holder with good progression in insurance professional qualification

• Relevant AMCM licenses are required

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in insurance field, preferably with broking experience

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua an advantage

• Macau permanent resident is a MUST
