Restaurant Manager – Western Fine Dinner

Our client, a top-ranked five star Casino Resort in Macau is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their glorious Western fine dining restaurant.

Job description:

•       Monitor the daily operations of a western fine dining restaurant.

•       Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

•       Manage the team performance.

•       Maintain an optimum manpower and supplies level.

•       Create an elegant dining environment and provide wonderful service for guests.

•       Handle customer’s request and solicit feedback to adjust the long term strategy.

Requirement:

•       Relevant F&B working experience with at least 3 year management experience in a five star hotel and / or Western fine dining restaurant.

•       Service- oriented, confident with strong leadership ability.

•       Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
