Responsibilities:

-        Manage daily store operations

-        Achieve sales targets and operation objectives

-        Implement programs according to the management direction & decision

-        Collect, analyses and compile report of market information

Requirements:

-        Tertiary education or above

-        Minimum 8 years of retail experiences with 3 years at management level in luxury product, preferable in watch and jewelry business

-        Able to lead and drive performance and customer service

-        Strong leadership and people management skills

-        Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-        Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
