Wintel Server Support – Macau Based – Start ASAP

Our client is a leading IT solutions provider with established businesses in HK and Macau, working with clients from various sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Provide technical system support operations to customers. 

·        Work with Customer to perform system changes 

·        Work with Customer to perform infrastructure related patch update on server side 

·        Provide Windows server 2003 (AD) and Exchange Server Support

·        Maintain system administration and operation procedures for the supported technical products

Job Requirements:

·        Diploma or above in related disciplines

·        A minimum of 2 years with hands-on technical support in Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (Active Directory) and Exchange Server 

·        Experience in supporting of Windows server 2003 including system configuration, administration and troubleshooting 

·        Holder of MCSE is an advantage

·        Macau ID holder
