Job Requirements
n University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines;
n With 3-5 years solid work experience, preferably under a demanding environment previously;
n Energetic, mature, self-motivated and independent and ability to empower teamwork spirit;
n Ability to work under pressure and handle ad hoc projects;
n Immediately available is highly preferable.
Job Accountabilities
n Provide full spectrum of administration functions, including office maintenance, office supplies and equipment, manage inventory control, staff canteen and arrange travel arrangement;
n Formulate, review and implement administration policies and practices;
n Work closely with services vendors and suppliers to provide cost effective office supplies;
n Provide Quality Support and response to internal and external customer enquiries.
