Our client, world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally, is now requiring 8 Front Office Engineers to help their development in Macau.
Job Responsibilities
- Assigned to work with service quality surveillance / assurance front office (FO) activities in an operations organization
- Take full responsibility for service alarm monitoring and alarm management for all network services and configuration management of network within the scope of work delegated by work area responsible engineer/ Shift Leader/ FO Manager.
- Execute system configuration changes as per given access right
- Implemented security and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives
- Arrange Work Order to FO technician
- 1st Level service quality surveillance and alarm handling
- 1:st Level service problem restoration
- Trouble ticket, work order and change request handling
Job Requirements
- Macau ID Holder
- Degree holder in Electrical Engineering /Telecommunication Engineering /Computer Science /Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years working experience in Operation & Maintenance
- Able to work on-shift
- Good knowledge of service networks / service applications characteristics and capabilities
- Good knowledge of service performance indicators and their interpretation.
- Adequate support system knowledge and shall be able to use required applications after proper set-up, with use of documentation without further assistance
- Basic knowledge in Access-, Core-, Transport-, and Service- Networks
- Good knowledge in written and spoken English with communication skills
- Good in analytic and investigation technique
