職位要求:

Our client, a global leader in Fashion, including clothing, watches and fine jewelry, is now requiring a Administration Executive to help their development in Macau.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

This position is responsible for maintaining and evaluating office procedures and systems.  Ensure efficient running and upkeep of office.

 

  • Maintain efficiently run office through proper office procedures and utilization of office equipment.
  • Evaluate and select suitable suppliers for office stationery and equipment and general services.
  • Expedite and follow-up of work routine.
  • Organize work routine of section.
  • Analyze raw data and recommend office improvements and systems to raise productivity.
  • Liaise with external parties e.g. building management office, contractors and suppliers etc.
  • Assist in the LE/budget review process.
  • Lead a team of G&A staff to provide support services, (if any in future)
  • Participate in the ad hoc projects of the department if required.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Macau ID holder
  • Higher diploma or above with at least three years relevant experience in administration and secretarial support in sizable organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communications skills, able to communicate effectively with different levels of staff and outside personnel.
  • Experience in office maintenance and renovation.
  • Good knowledge in office automation.
  • Office security and safety.
  • Ability to handle staff enquiry.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Detailed minded, organized, responsible and sensitive to figures.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese.
  • Good computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
