Job Responsibilities
To provide sales,.
- Provide sales service to customers
- assist the Boutique Manager in the daily administration of operational activities and the management of staff in the boutique
- Managing day-to-day operational activities of boutique.
- To control and manage stock effectively, as well as to maintain stock security. Assist in preparing monthly reports when required.
- To execute sales transactions and to ensure smooth delivery of customers' purchases.
- To develop in-store customer base and enhance quality of customer service. Also to handle customer complaints and repair requirements.
- To project appropriate image by displaying goods in showcases.
- To ensure effective staff management by monitoring their progresses and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
- To acquire thorough product knowledge of merchandise and upcoming trend.
Job Requirements
- Macau ID holder
- High school graduate or above with 3 years of related experience.
- Mature, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, good skills in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent operations and leadership skills.
