Our client, a well-known bank, is now requiring a Administration Assistant to help their insurance department in Macau.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide office administrative support
- Handle filing, word processing and invoice issuing
- Handle incoming call enquiry
- Participate in the ad hoc projects of the department if required.
Job Requirements
- Macau ID holder
- Higher diploma or above with at least one year relevant experience in administration and secretarial support in sizable organizations.
- Good in written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese.
- Good computer skills including Excel
