Our client, a global leader in Fashion, including clothing, watches and fine jewelry, is now requiring an Assistant Boutique Manager to help their development in Macau.

Job Responsibilities

To provide excellent service to internal and external customers, leading staffs to a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment.

• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers
• Leading staffs to achieve monthly sales target
• Ensure personal and procedural service align with company's requirements.
• Ensure visual displays are in accordance with the company image.
• Provide team leadership includes, but not limited to, motivating the team, managing performance of the team and leading with high quality role modeling.
• Drive sales and maximize sales performance.
• Provide operations management by designing and reviewing roster, establishing security procedures, as well as reporting customer’s trends and demands to Fashion management accordingly. 

Job Requirements

• Macau ID holder
• High school graduate or above
• 5-year relevant experience, preferably in retail managerial position.
• Mature, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent operations and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, good skills in English and Mandarin.
