Our client, a global leader in Fashion, including clothing, watches and fine jewelry, is now requiring a Shop Manager (Boutique Manager) to help their development in Macau.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily sales operation of the store
• Ensure and develop the shop turnover by following the commercial policies and brand identity.

• Ensure the best level of services is provided to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Responsible for the respect of safety and security procedures within the boutique
• Responsible for inventory control
• Solving problems and enquiries for the customers

Job Requirements

• Macau ID Holder
• High school graduate or above
• Mature, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• 10 year relevant sales experience, preferably in retail managerial position.
• Possess in-depth knowledge in gemology, with GIA certificate an advantage.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Boutique Manager.
