Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming telephone calls and take care of visiting guests
- Handle and dispatch income and outgoing mail, fax and courier
- Perform general administrative & HR work and undertake ad hoc duties
- Handle banking related mattles (which includes prepare bank reconciliation,manage petty cash ,issue cheques,bank in deposit,etc.)
- Assist in inputing data to generate purchase documents.
- Follow up different kinds of project assigned
- Working closely with other team members to accomplish team goals
Requirements:
-University degree or above;
- At least 1 year experience in HR & Admin Clerk / Receptionist area;
- Pleasant personality, proactive and good communication skills;
- Can Speak English, Cantonese & Putonghua;;
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and Internet usage;
- Pleasant telephone manner and good interpersonal skill;
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills; and
- Immediate available is preferred.
