Our client is one of the famous automobile sole dealers in Macau and China. Due to the rapid expansion of their business, a new job opportunity has arisen for the position of Technical Training Manager based in Macau.

This role mainly responsible for: 

- participating TTT (Train the Trainer) conducted by manufacturers;
- conducting necessary trainings to the local mechanic team;
- working with the management to set up standards to oversee and evaluate the mechanics’ skill and performance for the team in both Macau and China;
- working with the chef technicians to solve technical problems.

The company is looking for an experience professional who has:

- diploma or above degree in automobile mechanical engineering or related majors;
- with at least 5 years solid/ hands-on experience in car industry (workshop experience preferred);
- a good trainer/ leader with strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
- excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
